Terms and conditions
The following trems and conditions shall apply to all goods and/or services supplied by Printex Services Limited herinafter referred to as "the Company ". No variation thereof shall be binding on the Company unless agreed in writing under the hand of a nominated official of the Company. These terms shall prevail over any other terms sought to be imposed by the buyer.
Payment
Unless otherwise specifically agreed, the terms are strictly net cash and payment must be made during the month following despatch. The Company reserves the right todecline any further deliveries until arrears have been settled in full.
Ownership
Notwithstanding delivery, property in the goods supplied shall remain with the Company until all monies owing to the Company in respect of those goods have been paid for in full and until property passes:
(1)Risk in the goods shall pass on delivery and the Buyer shall ensure that they are kept in good condition and insured against loss or damage.
(2)The Buyer shall hold the goods as bailee for the Company who may without prejudice to any other of its rights repossess the goods and for this purpose enter upon the Buyers premises.
Specifications
All specifications are given in good faith but without warranty and the Company accepts no liability whatever for any loss, damage, direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the same.
Guarantee & Liability
Where a Guarantee is given with the goods the Company accepts no liability other than contained in the Guarantee provided that the terms of the Guarantee are strictly complied with by the same user. In all other cases and except in respect of any liability which cannot in law be excluded the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever incurred including consequent loss.
Delivery Dates
Whilst the Company uses its best endeavours to effect deliveries or execute work by the due date, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage resulting from delay.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and Installation to the Buyer's premises will be by individual agreement with the Buyer at the time of the acceptance of the oreder by the Company.
Notification of Non-Delivery / Shortages
Claims for goods invoiced but not received must be made in writing, stating the invoice number within fourteen days of the date of the invoice and thereafter there shall be no claim againts the Company for non-delivery and/or shortages.
Notification of Damage
Complaints, concerning goods received damaged, must be made in writing, stating the nature of the damage, date of receipt and invoice number within 7 days of receipt of the goods and thereafter no claim shall be made against the Company in respect of alleged damaged goods.
Cancelled Orders
The Company will not accept the return of goods for credit, other than by prior written arrangement. Where goods are accepted for return a handling charge may be imposed.
Force Majeure
The Company shall be under no liability in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or any other matters of any nature whatsoever arising out of causes directly or indirectly beyond the company's control.
All prices are subject to change - Printex reserves the right to alter, amend or change prices published on this website without notice.
